TestPlant Europe Limited (referred to as “EggPlant”) recognises that slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society. The aim of our company and this policy is to identify our responsibility by alerting staff to the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider manufacturing and supply chain. Staff are expected and encouraged to report concerns to management, where management are expected to act upon them. We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.
Eggplant’s policy on slavery and human trafficking takes into account and supports the policies, procedures and requirements which we apply in our supply, manufacturing and distribution of products and services. A policy and procedure concerning slavery and human trafficking have been established, including disciplinary procedures where it is breached. Additional procedures ensure that our Company Policy is understood and communicated to all levels of the company, and that it is regularly reviewed by the directors to ensure its continuing suitability and relevance to the company activities.
Eggplant provides testing and digital monitoring equipment and services on a global scale and we work with various suppliers, sub-contractors and consultants and have a distribution supply chain to support us through the sales and distribution of our products and services. We are a part of a group of companies with our parent company TestPlant Europe Limited based in the United Kingdom, but with offices in the United States and Germany.
We are a global business and sell our products and services around the world. We provide services and manufacture products in TERRITORY DETAILS and we sell/distribute our products and services globally either through EggPlant group companies or via 3rd party independent distributors.
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain and contractors to comply with our values.
